Thanks Paul for the exceptional service

Hello everyone,

In October I bought a GT1 from Paul to take to my family's auto repair shop in Italy (I'm currently living in San Francisco). It's very hard to find this kind of stuff over there and I thought it would be really helpful for my family to have one. While I was checking it out here in the States before taking it with me to Italy, I discovered a small problem with the IP address of the diagnostic head. It was something that Paul probably could have fixed easily over the phone, but without thinking twice, Paul bought the first plane ticket available for the next day to come out to SF, fix it himself, and make sure that it was running correctly. He knew I was taking it out of the country in a few days and wanted to be absolutely sure that I was all set. He also explained other functions to me and we tried it out together on a car that I was currently working on in the shop where I work now. While I was in Italy, it almost seemed like he wanted me to have another problem so he'd have an excuse to come to Italy to help fix it! Fortunately (I think?), we did not run into any more problems.

Since I brought it to my family's shop, we've used it many many times and it's been a great way to generate more business. I feel very good having left it with my family in Italy since returning to SF. I also feel like my wife and I made a friend. I would recommend his services and products to anyone!
